The cosy seafood bistro in the centre of Utrecht where you can enjoy fresh, responsibly caught fish whatever the season, with a great selection of carefully chosen drinks and stories that are just as improbably wonderful!
Both learned the trade in person from Jon Sistermans, in renowned restaurants such as Mariënhof and Wilhelminapark.
They then went their own way and cooked some heavenly dishes at the country’s best locations.
Now they are back together in the Sea Salt Saloon, ready to let you enjoy the best and tastiest fish and other seafood, without any hassle or fuss.

We only accept payments by debit card or credit card.
Friday and saturday we withhold some tables from a reservation. Come in early or late and maybe we will be able to seat you!
It is not possible to reserve a specific table, neither on the terrace.
